So I was invited to the relaunch of @barologlasgow and it was fantastic. Couldn't fault the food. I went for something other than pizza or pasta but those beef medallions were great. The interior was stunning. >>>>>>swipe right to see all the pics. It opens back up on the 18th (tomorrow). The service was also great. I had always wanted to come to this place so this was a welcome opportunity to try it out. ° The DRG, which also has Di Maggio's and Cafe Andaluz in its 25-strong portfolio, completely transformed Barolo Grill. Barolo as its called now will offer understated, classic Italian cooking.0 ° Here's a list of what we had to eat. There's a picture of each. ° Gamberoni - King prawns, garlic, pancetta, Napoli sauce, butter, citrus crumb, flora picada chilli. ° Parfait - chicken liver parfait, gig and apple chutney, toasted walnut and cranberry bread. ° Pollo marinated chicken breast, spinach, pomodori secchi, mushrooms hasselback potatoes, charred broccoli. ° Manzo beef medallions, horseradish mash, walnuts, celery, radish, cucumber & melon ribbons, ponzu. ° Patate saltate - sautéd potatoes ° It was a great night all round and if u haven't been, get booking and go along. Has anyone ever been to the old one? . . . . . #glasgowfoodie #glasgowfoodies #glasgowfoodblog #glasgowrestaurant #glasgowrestaurants #glasgoweats #glasgowfood #glasgowlife #glasgowcity #glasgowblogger #scottishfood #scottishfoodie #scottishfoodbible #scottishfoodies #ukfood #ukfoodie #ukfoodblogger #ukfoodblog #ukfoodies #ukrestaurants #ukrestaurant #scotlandfood #scotlandfoodanddrink #scotlandfoodie #italianrestaurant #italianrestaurants #BaroloGlasgow #barolo #scottishglasgowfoodies
